01 — The Invitation

About the Opportunity

This isn't a typical internship. It's a paid, hands-on apprenticeship inside a luxury bridal atelier, focused on the technical and production side of the work.

You'll support garment preparation, seam work, finishing tasks, and the detailed workflow that helps each dress move through the atelier with care and precision.

Selected apprentices receive direct mentorship inside a working studio under experienced leadership.

02 — The Experience

Why this isn't a typical internship.

This is not a classroom or generic internship — it's a hands-on apprenticeship inside a working bridal atelier, offered across two distinct paths to match how candidates best contribute to the studio.

You'll learn through real work — supporting either the client experience and atelier flow, or the technical craftsmanship and production behind every finished dress.

A

Real Atelier Experience

Work inside an active bridal studio supporting real garment production — not simulations. This is a paid, hands-on apprenticeship designed to build real-world experience.

B

Premium Atelier Environment

Learn inside a boutique studio focused on craftsmanship, detail, and elevated client experience — while being compensated as part of your apprenticeship experience.

C

Skill Development That Matters

Build real-world skills in styling, communication, garment transformation, and precision work — within a structured, paid learning environment.

D

Clear Growth Path

Top performers are considered for paid junior roles and long-term positions. This apprenticeship is a paid entry point into a long-term career path within our atelier.

E

Direct Mentorship

Learn directly under Victoria, our Atelier Manager and Head Seamstress, with 9+ years of bridal experience — through a structured, paid apprenticeship program.

An Intentionally Small Cohort

We accept only a handful of apprentices each intake. This is a paid and highly selective program — most applicants are not accepted.

03 — Mentorship

Learn Directly From Victoria

Victoria is our Atelier Manager and Head Seamstress, with more than nine years of bridal experience and a reputation for precision, calm authority, and devotion to craft.

As an apprentice, you train under her directly — learning standards, not just tasks. Every garment, every seam, every detail of the atelier workflow becomes part of your education.

Program Structure &
Future Opportunities

This apprenticeship is offered as part of our summer intake program, designed to provide focused, hands-on experience inside a premium bridal atelier.

Due to the nature of our work, spaces are limited and selection is competitive.

While this is a seasonal program, it is also how we identify and develop long-term talent.

Strong performers may be considered for

  • Continued part-time or full-time opportunities
  • Returning to the program in future seasons
  • Advancement into ongoing roles within the atelier

We view this program as more than short-term experience — it is an opportunity to step into a refined bridal environment and build a foundation for long-term growth in the industry.
