Real Atelier Work
01 — The Invitation
This isn't a typical internship. It's a paid, hands-on apprenticeship inside a luxury bridal atelier, focused on the technical and production side of the work.
You'll support garment preparation, seam work, finishing tasks, and the detailed workflow that helps each dress move through the atelier with care and precision.
Selected apprentices receive direct mentorship inside a working studio under experienced leadership.

02 — The Experience
This is not a classroom or generic internship — it's a hands-on apprenticeship inside a working bridal atelier, offered across two distinct paths to match how candidates best contribute to the studio.
You'll learn through real work — supporting either the client experience and atelier flow, or the technical craftsmanship and production behind every finished dress.

Top performers are considered for paid junior roles and long-term positions. This apprenticeship is a paid entry point into a long-term career path within our atelier.
Learn directly under Victoria, our Atelier Manager and Head Seamstress, with 9+ years of bridal experience — through a structured, paid apprenticeship program.
We accept only a handful of apprentices each intake. This is a paid and highly selective program — most applicants are not accepted.

03 — Mentorship
Victoria is our Atelier Manager and Head Seamstress, with more than nine years of bridal experience and a reputation for precision, calm authority, and devotion to craft.
As an apprentice, you train under her directly — learning standards, not just tasks. Every garment, every seam, every detail of the atelier workflow becomes part of your education.
04 — Two Paths
Our apprenticeship is offered across two distinct paths. Each is selective, structured, and designed to develop real expertise inside a working bridal atelier. Choose the track that best reflects where you are — and where you want to grow.

Track One
The client experience path. For candidates drawn to bridal fittings, styling, communication, and guiding brides through a refined atelier experience.
What you'll learn
Responsibilities over time
Ideal candidate
Previous stylist experience at a bridal or dress shop is preferred, but not required.

Track Two
The technical production path. For candidates focused on sewing, alterations, garment construction, and craftsmanship.
Please note
This is not an entry-level sewing program. We are mentoring intermediate candidates who already have alterations experience and are ready to advance in the bridal field.
Minimum requirement: 2+ years of sewing or alterations experience.
